Contributions

Campaign contributions are appreciated and may be made by mail or electronically. Please note that Florida law strictly regulates political campaign contributions. The information you are asked to provide when making a contribution is required by law. Please review the following information prior to making a contribution.

• Pursuant to Florida Statute 106.08 total contributions are restricted to a total of $500.00 for each election. Any number of smaller contributions may be made as long as the total doesn't exceed $500.00
• An unemancipated child under the age of 18 may not make a contribution in excess of $100.00.
• Contributions made in cash, or with a cashier's check may not exceed $100.00.
• Contribution limits apply to each election; the first primary, second primary, and general election are separate elections so long as the candidate is not unopposed.
• Contributions may be made by check, money order or electronic payment and must indicate the name and address of the contributor.
• Any person who knowingly and willfully makes contributions in violation of this law, is subject to prosecution.
